what is a good lotion to use for eczema? Skin MD or Dermarest Eczema medicated lotion?
Hi i have a case of eczema on my legs and sometimes on my arm. which lotion should i try. the new Skin MD natural or the Dermarest Eczema medicated lotion? I have been looking up review on both and Skin MD seems to be the new product. Any suggestions anyone?
Hello there. I suggest that you should try cream/spray combo for eczema by Champori. It is herbal (steroid-free) and works better and faster on my eczema than anything else I tried: I haven’t had a relapse for more than a year now after only a couple weeks of treatment. Champori comes with the money back guarantee, so if it doesn’t work – it’s free.
Best,
Stella
M son was diagnosed with eczema at his 2 year check up today? What cream do you recommend for his skin?
We normally lotion him twice a day with regular Johnson and Johnson lotion. The doctor said that we can’t use regular lotion anymore. We have to use a cream. She recommended aveeno or eucerin. Is there anyting else out there that you would recommend?
My son has eczema too, he’s had it since birth and he’s 14months now. We have tried everything. If it’s actually eczema then normal creams won’t work. You need a perscription. Aveeno with colloid oatmeal cream is what you doctor meant, but it won’t work. You can buy over the counter .5% hydrocortisone cream, and if that doesn’t work then you need a stonger one which you need a perscription for. Have your son tested for allergies, food or seasonal. That could be the cause. Also kids who have eczema are more likely to have Asthma.
eczema over the counter treatment please help?
any over the counter eczema cream that is safe to put on face (around and under eyes mostly) I don’t see the doctor till monday and it is is really bad today. thank you
Hi,
Eczema is fairly easy to cure. You can watch this video of a cure used in Japan. It does take a few months, and if you had been using steroids, it will take a few more weeks.

You can place a wanted add on http://craigslist.com and will usually be able to ask for some 8.5 PH drinking water and get a response. I make alkaline water at home in a processor that will also make the 2.5 PH water used to treat eczema on the skin. You drink the 8.5 – 9.0 PH water, and then treat the skin with the 2.5 PH water. Keep the skin damp with the 2.5 PH water for several hours a day, and the skin will clear up in about 3 months. You will start to see it clear up in a month or so.
Good Luck!
Eczema creams and remedies?
My son has a small patch of Eczema on his forehead. I took him to the doctor for this and was told to just leave it alone and if it worsens, to try Cortaid on it. Has anyone else used Cortaid on their baby’s Eczema and did it work? Also, if you have any other remedies that work, I’d appreciate the advise. Thanks.
my 4 yr old has fought with eczema since he was 18months. (mostly in the winter) it’s not serious enough that the Dr’s need to prescribe anything but its irritating enough to him. we were told to try similar things and we did. We tried: cortaid (Eucerin, aquaphor, and aveeno) and similar products, plain un-scented lotion, eczema creams from dermatologists, eczema creams from the baby and pharmacy isles…EVERYTHING. and the only thing we found that heals his in a very short time and sooths it for him is plain old Vaseline (petroleum jelly) it as no additives in it that can just irritate the skin further and yet it protects it and keeps it moist. it’s the miracle worker in our house.
good luck.
