my grandson is 6 month old and has very bad eczema in his face,head, legs and arms. his arms are very ruff in the touch. what will be a good product that will help him.

My son has it really bad also and I took him to the dermatologist here are some tips. Vasline is really good use, don’t use baby products(shampoos, soaps, lotions because they tend to dry the skin out. Use dove soap to bathe him and something like tide free and clear to wash his clothes they also make fabric softners with no perfumes. My sons dermatologist also told me to use crisco (yes the cooking lard) which is an old remedy because the doc told my mom to use it on my sis who is 17. You just have to keep him moisturized all day long. You can email me anytime if you need anymore help.

I have these 2 red round spots on my face. always red and dry. dermatologist said its winter eczema. its not going away..
