I heard that cortizone is skin thinning. I have had eczema since birth and i’m looking for an alternative to cortizone creams. Are there any even available? Eczema is terribly irritating :[ please help! thank you <3

I have a friend with terrible eczema. His skin on the back of his legs is especially bad. It is flaky as can be and bleeding frequently threw his pants a little. Is it true there’s no cure?
