I got eczema right after I had my child, about 10 years ago. I have chronic "heat rash" all over and have been officially diagnosed with eczema. The only creams that seem to work have been Eladil that costs $60 with my insurance and hydrocortisone which messes up my hormones. Does anyone have any alternatives? It’s winter and my back feels like a suitcase.

triamcinolone is going to be the strongest topical steroid for the money. It requires a prescription but that route is usually cheaper than the OTC avenue anyway.
