If your eczema is really bad you may need a prescription ointment or cream from your doctor. However, generally a lotion containing oats is good for eczema, like Aveeno or a generic product that is essentially the same. I don’t believe Pond’s Dry Skin Cream contains oats.

I’ve had a red rash on my face for months now! i’ve tried everything. I don’t know what causes it, i dont know why it’s there, it just is! it’s annoying the hell out of me. Some days it’s not too bad and just a red patch under my eye, other days it’s dry/flaky/all over my forehead and cheeks and no amount of make-up will cover it. I tried lotions, gels, honey/oats/banana face packs, i even tried nappy rash cream! (which seemed to help a bit) i’ve tried oil, allergy pills, exfoliation, steaming my skin, eczema cream…. It just wont go away and it’s making me so depressed. Anyone know what to do? Please help!
